Sheniqua Johnson is a Registered Nurse by training and Wellness Encourager by passion. Sheniqua is an International Inspirational Speaker, Training Specialist, Best-selling Author, & Multi-preneur. Sheniqua has served as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years; she took those skill sets and branched off to become the CEO of A Better U, LLC where she facilitates busy women to reconnect with their mind, body, and business through her Activation & Accountability sessions and her online courses. She serves as the lead Wellness Strategist at A Better U Academy, an online wellness platform that offers courses to uplift your mental and physical wellness; spanning from weight loss to dealing with depression. Her weekly newsletter The Wellness Encounter brings information, inspiration, and implementation for your physical and mental wellness. Sheniqua is also the CEO of Stronger Through Faith Media which is the expansion of her already existing business Stronger Through Faith Publishing. Not only does Sheniqua assist those who have a story to tell their story, write their story & create a literary legacy; she also has created the opportunity to take those stories to television.
Sheniqua is the talk show host of The Heart of the Matter with Sheniqua Johnson RN, a show that has heart to heart conversations to normalize mental health dialogues that bring about healing & wholeness for your heart. Her guests share transparent stories of triumph as they progress through their own mental health ordeals. Sheniqua is rapidly rising in the media industry as the owner of Stronger Through Faith Television channel and serves as one of the Directors with the Believe In Your Dreams Television Network. She is also the voice of Sisterly Sundays With Sheniqua podcast where she continues to do the work of God, ministering in non-traditional way to bring about motivation and encouragement to get you through your week.
